June Paint Out - The Wetlands, Clovelly

A beautiful day - and a handful of artists to do it justice.
This month's paint out was in the Wetland area, between Clovelly and Peer's Hill, just south of the golf course. Here, the views towards Peers Cave, Chapman's Peak and Constantiaberg are impressive.

Artists settled comfortably on their own chairs and others used the in situ options in conjunction with their seating arrangements. John looks perfectly at ease with his spot.
Almost windless and with that clear light of early winter, it was a delightful morning.

Come join us and produce some beautiful work - and if it doesn't come up to your exacting standards, at least you will have fun with other keen painters!

July's paint out is kindly hosted by John Strickland, in his Clovelly garden. Check out address details in the previous posting.
